The pool area was awesome with fun floats, and our room had a cozy vibe with a comfy bed. Totally loved the cute decor! We were pleasantly surprised considering some reviews, and I felt at ease enjoying our stay.

The hotel was fantastic for our family getaway! We loved exploring the Hard-Pressed Cider Company in Jamestown, which was a real treat. The room had comfy beds, and it was super pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our dog along, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

My wife says that the noise from other guests was disruptive. It would be great to have more soundproofing for family rooms.

We especially loved the pool area, with enough seating to relax after a long day. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room struggled to cool effectively, making some nights uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the layout of the hotel was mildly confusing, especially when trying to find our way to the room on the third floor without an elevator. A clearer direction would have been helpful.

Couple romantic getaway with hiccups

We got a fantastic deal on our King Room which was spacious light and clean and the bed was so comfortable it almost felt like a dream and I still remember the soft pillows like clouds.

It wasn’t cheap but given the overall experience it felt acceptable.

We enjoyed a lovely 1-night stay in a king room, with easy walks to both the international tennis hall of fame and the naval war college museum, which made our city strolls incredibly rewarding. as a couple, we appreciated the friendly atmosphere and overall comfort during our visit, but the hotel facilities could use some updates for a better experience.
